It feels like i’m about to die. Every time.
My heart is thundering, can’t breathe, have to get away.
Just because I see a man in a police uniform.
Breathe in, breathe out.
It’s not dangerous. Just like that.
It will be fine.
Do you remember it was you who taught me to breathe like this?
At the same time, she witnesses Norwegian society becoming more polarized, and the perpetrator’s extreme views gaining ground among more people. Her frustration grows, pushing forward emotions she has never before been able to confront. She stands on the brink of reckoning.
Welcome into the difficult space. This show is written and directed by Nina Wester, based on conversations with a family from northern Norway who lost a loved one at Utøya.
