A show for the whole family!

The Jungle Book has been filmed and performed in a theater version many times - this time it is Sjiraffen Produksjoner staging the play at Rosendal - with a number of different artistic expressions in its repertoire. Did you know that The Jungle Book contains many more characters and sides of the story than those we may know from Disney?

In this The Jungle Book tale you meet both familiar and unfamiliar characters, all taken from Rudyard Kipling's books from 1894. Did you know that a small, brave animal named Rikki-Tikki-Tavi saved a family from the huge and scary snake Nag? Or have you heard about the elephant driver Little Toomai who got to meet all the wild elephants? The narrator takes you through the stories, to meet all these characters. Some through text, others through more physical expressions.

The performance on Thursday, December 7 will be interpreted in sign language.
