Emilie Smestad is a jazz singer educated at the jazz school in Trondheim, where she met saxophonist Mona Krogstad and guitarist Amund Totland. Together they create a magical pre-Christmas atmosphere with their unique ensemble, adding warmth, nostalgia and a twinkle in the eye to old and new Christmas songs – in both Norwegian and English, in traditional and new guises.

The result is an eclectic Christmas experience with a varied, elegant and dynamic expression! Well-known melodies are presented with warmth, energy and humor, where the young, talented jazz musicians put their distinctive mark on the music with playful scatting, catchy riffs and melodious Christmas tones.
