Welcome to the opening party for Trondheim Pride 2023! The opening of Pride should be for everyone, regardless of wallet size, so it's free - as our gift to the city's queer population.

As in the 1920s, we are in a time of great change, new ideas and uncertainty. The anxiety is there and the need to get together has rarely been greater. We live in a time where queer culture and creativity are flourishing, in Trondheim and Trøndelag. Therefore, there will be various musical expressions that form the framework for the evening. This will be an opportunity to show some of the breadth of the queer environment in Trondheim.

Among other things, there will be queer operas at Skeive Stemmer, and Trondheim's queer choir, Kor Hen, will also open the festivities this year. Other artists and contributors will be published closer to the day here on the website. Perhaps there will also be a couple of surprises this year!

After the opening programme, the cafe is open with refreshments and the opportunity to hang out in the wee hours.

Those under 18 will get a mark (as it was under Bastard)

Party after the program is for those who have turned 18 (from approx. 9.30pm)
